How soon will I receive my photos and tour?
Photos are delivered within 24-48 hours of the shoot. Video is delivered within 48-96 hours, professionally edited.
What areas do you serve?
All of South Florida, including Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. We are based in Weston and travel throughout the region.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online through our order form, or call/text (954) 533-6490. We set a time that works and send our team to the property.
How much is a photo session?
Our pricing starts at $175 for properties up to 2,500 total sq. ft., with the number of photos scaling based on the size of the property. Each package includes a single-property website and professionally edited, high-resolution images.
What is included with every photo order?
A single-property website, professional HDR images, MLS-ready upload, a 24/7 dashboard, analytics, custom branding, the Blue Sky Guarantee, and a flyer creator.
Do you offer Matterport 3D tours?
Yes. $150 as an add-on or $200 standalone. The tour link stays live for 6 months; continued hosting is $45 per additional 6 months.
Do you do drone photography and video?
Yes, with FAA Part 107 certified pilots. Aerial photos are $99 add-on / $199 standalone; residential aerial video is $250 (includes stills).
What is virtual staging and how much?
Our artists add realistic furniture to vacant rooms so buyers picture a home. It is $35 per photo.
Do you provide floor plans?
Yes. 2D floor plans are $100 as an add-on or $150 standalone, with hotspots linked to your 3D tour.
What is twilight photography?
Dramatic evening images (up to 10) that make a listing stand out. $175.
Do you shoot commercial and business tours?
Yes. Commercial 360 packages run from $400 (four views) to $1,500 (twenty views), each with hi-res stills and a web experience.
Do you do yacht and marine tours?
Yes. We create 360 virtual tours for yachts and marine listings as part of our commercial services.
What video options do you offer?
Walk-through video $350, drone video $350, or the combo for $700. Upgrades: agent on camera with audio +$100, and a social short edit +$75.
Can I appear on camera?
Yes. Add an agent on camera with audio for $100.
Are the photos MLS-ready?
Yes. You can upload stills and your property site straight to the MLS, and everything is optimized for it.
Can I see analytics for my listing?
Yes. Your 24/7 dashboard shows per-property traffic and analytics.
Do you shoot building amenities?
Yes. Amenities such as the pool, gym, lobby and beach start at $35.
What is the single-property website?
A dedicated site that brings your photos, 3D tour, video and floor plans into one shareable URL, with lead capture and traffic reports built in.
Do you help with out-of-town or international buyers?
Absolutely. 3D tours and video let buyers explore a property from anywhere, on any device.
Do you offer packages or individual services?
Both. Book a single service or bundle them, and we will recommend the right package for your listing.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just call or text +1 954 533 6490 and we'll find a new time. Reschedules are free up to 24 hours before your appointment; same-day changes may be subject to a fee.
How and when do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure order form. Payment is collected when you place your order, and booking is quick online or by phone at +1 954 533 6490.
Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a shoot?
You can easily schedule your property shoot through the SFVT app or online booking system.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, but same-day or next-day availability may be available.
What areas do you service?
We service clients throughout South Florida, including Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties.
Can I order multiple services in one appointment?
Absolutely. Photography, drone, video, Matterport, floor plans, Zillow 3D tours, and other services can be completed during the same appointment.
How do you quote a property?
Our pricing is based on the total square footage of the property.
Before the Shoot
How should the property be prepared?
We recommend having the home completely photo-ready before our photographer arrives: lights on, blinds adjusted, counters cleared, beds made, and personal items put away. (A Pre-shoot checklist is sent via email in every appt confirmation.)
Does the agent need to be present?
No. As long as we have confirmed access instructions, the agent does not need to be at the property.
Will the photographer move furniture or clean up the property?
Our photographers may make minor adjustments when necessary, but properties should be fully staged and shoot-ready before the appointment.
Photos & Delivery
How quickly will I receive my photos?
Most standard photography orders are delivered within 48 hours, and we offer same-day and Next-day delivery at an extra cost.
How will my media be delivered?
Your completed media is delivered digitally through our platform, making it easy to download, share, and use for your listing and marketing.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. If you notice something that needs attention after delivery, contact our team and we’ll review the request.
Are the photos MLS-ready?
Yes. Your real estate photography is professionally edited and delivered ready for listing and marketing use.
What is a virtual tour?
A virtual tour allows potential buyers to explore a property online from anywhere. Depending on the service, buyers can move through the home, view rooms from different angles, and get a better sense of the property’s layout and flow before seeing it in person. (Zillow 3D and Matterport 3D)
What is a property website?
A property website is a dedicated online page for your listing that brings all of your property media into one place - including photos, video, 3D tours, floor plans, property details, and agent contact information. It gives you a professional link to share with buyers, on social media, in emails, and across your marketing.
Drone
Can every property be photographed with a drone?
Not always. Drone photography is subject to FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, weather, and other safety considerations. If the area is restricted, we can request permission from the FAA.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my drone shoot?
If conditions aren’t safe for drone operations, our team will work with you on the best next step.
