Most agents shop for real estate media by comparing prices. After 18 years shooting South Florida listings, we think the more useful question is what comes with the price. Do you know what yours includes?
This guide walks through every type of media we shoot in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach: what each one does for a listing, what it costs, how long it takes, and what is already part of the order before you add a thing.
Why professional media matters in South Florida
Buyers meet the photos before they meet the house. In a market that draws out-of-town and international buyers, the first decision often happens on a screen far from South Florida. Clean, bright photography earns the click; an interactive 3D tour lets a serious buyer walk the home on their own time and arrive at the showing already sure it fits.
The camera is only half of it. The other half is the home itself, which is why we wrote a room-by-room guide to preparing a South Florida listing for photos, 3D and drone. A little prep changes what the camera can do.
What comes with the order before you add anything
All of this is already part of an order with us, and some of it agents often don't know they have:
A single-property website with every photo session. Your listing gets its own page to share on social, in email and with buyers.
MLS upload at no charge. Send us the MLS number and we upload the media for you.
A person answers. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, someone on our team replies, usually within 5 to 10 minutes. We can usually book you for the next day.
Our own app, on the App Store and Google Play.
Sky replacement when the weather turns. If rain stops before the shoot and you are fine with it, we replace a gray sky with a blue one. If it is pouring, we reschedule.

Real estate photography: the foundation
Bright, high-dynamic-range photography, professionally edited, delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Need it faster? Same-day edits are $50.
Pricing starts at $175 for homes up to 2,500 sq ft, and that includes the single-property website, MLS-ready files, dashboard and analytics. Larger homes move up by square footage and by image count, with packages starting at 25 images. A shoot for a home up to 2,500 sq ft takes about an hour and a half. Adding drone adds about 30 minutes.
Matterport 3D tours: let buyers walk through
A buyer in New York or Bogotá can open the tour tonight and walk every room without booking a flight. For listings where the likely buyer lives far away, that is often what turns a maybe into a showing. $150 as an add-on or $200 standalone, and the tour stays live for 6 months. See 3D tour pricing.
Drone photography and video: show the location
In South Florida the location often sells the house: the water, the dock, the golf course, the distance to the beach. Our drone work is FAA Part 107 certified. Video that moves a listing
Pick a produced walk-through video, a drone video, or both, cut for the MLS and the single-property site. Each is $350, or $700 for the pair, delivered in 2 to 5 business days. See video production.
Twilight, virtual staging and floor plans
Twilight: a real twilight session is $175. Virtual twilight, created from a daytime photo, is $15 per image.
Virtual staging: $35 per photo, so empty rooms read as a home.
2D floor plans: $100 as an add-on or $150 standalone, with hotspots linked to the 3D tour.
Commercial, business and yacht tours
